I am not going to sit around and pretend that all is rosy. Umm, nope. Honestly, trying times are upon me. And while I would never sign up for a trial/test/mountain/valley/whatever your metaphor is today; I now know a few things that make the trying times a bit more bearable.
1. God has an amazing plan for me, even if I don't yet see it or understand it.
2. I am amazingly strong. Stronger than i ever thought possible.
3. Very few people understand the journey.
So I am not going to sit around and act like everything is rosy. I will say that I am the rose in the midst of life's thorns.
